Welcome to Magic Mesita! We are excited to provide Arts and Crafts experiences for your events and parties. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Services Provided Magic Mesita offers Arts and Crafts services for events such as parties, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and more. We will provide all necessary materials, tools, and assistance to ensure a fun and engaging crafting experience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The details of the service, including project types, duration, and the number of participants, will be confirmed ahead of your event<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Booking and Payment To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Payments can be made via secure payment link, provided by Magic Mesita<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      In the case of cancellations, the following refund policy applies: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: Full refund minus 50% of the initial deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Event Changes Any changes to the event (number of participants, craft selection, etc.) must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but cannot guarantee availability or price adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Health & Safety All participants should be supervised during the crafting activity. Magic Mesita is not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          We will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If a participant has specific allergies (e.g., to glue or paint), it is the responsibility of the organizer to inform us in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Liability Magic Mesita is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            You agree to indemnify and hold Magic Mesita, its staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Photographs & Marketing We may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of these images in our marketing materials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform us prior to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Force Majeure Magic Mesita is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Privacy We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of processing your booking and contacting you regarding the event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Magic Mesita.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
